6.2 Enquiries by Email, Telephone or Contact Form

When an interested party contacts us using the contact form or by email, the data entered in the form, such as first and last name, email address and telephone number, is stored automatically. Storage serves solely to process the enquiry or establish contact. The data you enter is stored by us until revocation. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

7. Cookies and Server Log Files

Server log files are created for technical reasons. The provider stores technical data in these files, such as browser type, operating system, time of the request and IP address, which the browser transmits automatically. This data is not combined with other data.

9. Retention Period

The criterion determining how long personal data is stored is the applicable statutory retention period. Once that period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted unless it is still required to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into a contract.
