Beyond machining: we offer a broad range of additional services — from degreasing through surface finishing to ready-to-ship packaging. Everything from a single source.
Parts Degreasing (PER System)
Residue-free cleaning of turned parts in our perchloroethylene (PER) system. Reliably removes cutting fluids, oils and swarf — an essential prerequisite for flawless surfaces and subsequent finishing processes.
Rolling of Turned Parts
Rolling to reliably remove burrs directly after machining. Improves dimensional accuracy and helps parts move smoothly through automated conveying systems.
Shot Blasting
Shot blasting for targeted surface treatment: removes oxide layers and heat tints, produces a uniform matt surface, and improves adhesion for subsequent coatings or electroplating processes.
Vibratory Finishing
Barrel vibratory finishing for serial deburring, edge rounding and surface smoothing of brass turned parts. Process-reliable, reproducible and gentle — for large quantities without individual handling.
Heat Treatment
Stress-relief and soft annealing of brass components to reduce internal stresses in the metal structure and improve cold formability.
Assembly (Wire Protection & Screwing)
Simple assembly work carried out in-house: fitting wire protection springs and screwing components to customer specifications. Saves the customer an assembly step and simplifies logistics.
Electroplating
Electroplating finishes such as nickel, zinc or tin plating — sourced from certified partner companies in close coordination. We manage transport, inspection and return so the customer has a single point of contact.
Packaging & Labelling
Customer-specific packaging and labelling — including directly into provided KLTs (small load carriers). Labelling to customer specification, barcode-compatible, ready to ship. Enables direct storage or line-side delivery at the customer's facility.
