High-Volume Brass Turned Parts
100+ transfer machines. Two-shift operation. Millions of parts annually. Our machinery is designed for economical high-volume production of precision brass turned components.
Our Advantage
Efficient Production for Large Series
Compared with conventional single-spindle CNC lathes, our transfer and rotary transfer machines work at several machining stations simultaneously. This supports economical production of brass parts to drawing in medium and large series.
High Output
Parallel machining stations support high output while production follows the agreed drawing and quality requirements.
100+ Machines, Two Shifts
Our machinery operates in two shifts, supporting capacity utilisation and economical unit costs.
1,500 Tonnes of Brass Annually
We process around 1,500 tonnes of brass bar each year, supporting economical material procurement and component production.
Our Process
From Drawing to High-Volume Production
1. Enquiry & Drawing
Send a drawing, sample or description. We assess manufacturability and prepare a quotation.
2. Quotation & Order
A project-specific quotation sets out unit price, tooling costs and delivery timing.
3. Toolmaking
Our in-house tool shop develops precision tooling to suit your component geometry.
4. Initial Sampling
We produce initial samples for approval. Series production starts following your approval.
5. Production & Quality Assurance
Automated series production with CAQ documentation and inspections according to the plan agreed for your component.
6. Delivery Planning
Delivery quantities, dates, packaging and dispatch are coordinated with your manufacturing requirements.
Typical High-Volume Products
- Connector pins for electrical and automotive applications
- Contact sockets and solder sockets for terminal blocks
- Press-fit nuts and threaded inserts for fastening applications
- Valve inserts and connectors for fittings
- Standoffs and spacer sleeves
- Earth pins and flanged sockets
- Contact pins for e-mobility and charging infrastructure
- Complex contact parts to customer drawings
ISO 9001:2015 Certified
Quality documentation accompanies production from initial sampling to series deliveries. Required inspection reports and inspection requirements are agreed in advance.
FAQ
Questions About High-Volume Production
What quantities count as high-volume production?+
We specialise in medium and large series of brass turned parts. Whether your batch can be manufactured economically is assessed based on geometry, material, tooling requirements and annual demand.
Why use transfer machines for high-volume production?+
Our transfer and rotary transfer machines machine parts at several stations simultaneously. Compared with conventional single-spindle CNC turning, this supports higher output and lower machine-time cost per component in large series.
How is quality maintained across large series?+
Our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management, CAQ system and internal information network support quality documentation. Inspection requirements and plans are agreed for your component.
Can large quantities be delivered at short notice?+
Two-shift operation with over 100 machines and in-house toolmaking provide the basis for series production. Delivery dates and priorities are agreed based on your project and available capacity.
Which materials are available for high-volume production?+
Our main material is brass. The product catalogue includes CuZn39Pb3, CuZn39Pb2 and CuZn38Pb2. We process around 1,500 tonnes of brass annually, with a main production diameter range of 3–15 mm.
How does a new high-volume order proceed?+
You send a drawing or sample. We assess manufacturability and prepare a quotation. Following agreement, our tool shop develops the tooling and we produce initial samples for approval before series production starts.
